I had a wisdom tooth pulled and it took less than a minute once the numbing of the area was complete and remarkably no pain during the procedure. Both Dr. Dutz and his assistant Lynn make you feel at ease and do whatever they can to reduce any pain (in this case to no pain). A wonderful job!

Awesome services for what we all know, “We hate to go to the dentist!” however no need with Dr. Karen and the staff at Smalltown Dental Hopedale! They took me in on a very busy day with my “semi-emergency” situation and as usual, I received the best care. Thank you Dr. Karen!

They were able to get me in fairly quickly as a new patient with an issue, staff was very pleasant, explained everything they were doing and why, showed me what was going on and what would need to be done. Great service.

I switched over to Smalltown when they came to chilli and I’ve never been happier with my dental care. I’ve had a rough go with dentists as most people do, and to be completely comfortable and confident in a chair with Dr. Krupa and her assistant is something I never thought I’d have in dental care. They listen to me, make sure I’m okay, and have completed dental care I’ve been wanting done for years now in just the last few months. Also, on a day I had a very difficult filling filled, they took a step so far, by playing Matchbox Twenty’s greatest hits while they worked on me. If you know me, that’s VERY special. I am so happy with Smalltown!!

We've been going here for a long time. It's a great office with friendly people. They do a great job. They are very patient with our kids when our kids are feeling nervous or having a hard time.

My dental hygienist is always thorough, kind and super friendly. She keeps a great conversation and a welcoming aura every time I come. She even remembered me talking about my son before he was born. The dentist I saw was also very friendly. Staff upfront (receptionists) are well kept and very professional. I recommend this place to anyone who is able to go. You’ll be glad you did.

I would love to thank all the kind people working at this clinic. They all were so kind and generous during a visit they knew would be difficult for me. As someone who has severe dental issues for a 20 year old they were so sweet and made me feel like I was not alone and could rely on them to help me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

My son is very shy of and hard to get to cooperate with people he does not know. The dental hygienists and the Dr were so great with him and their process on how they approached the cleaning and exam. I was amazed they were able get the job done with him without a hitch.

The office staff, hygienists, and dental assistants are also extremely kind and considerate. They take the time to be friendly and helpful and at the same time are conscious of your privacy and comfort.
